For the South Hampstead project we completely redesigned the space and added an extra floor. The original flat hadn’t been touched for over twenty five years and required total transformation to bring it up-to-date to include additional bedrooms, bathrooms and utility room. The living area has been reconfigured to make a large entertaining area and family zone which maximises the natural light flooding in from both sides of the building. There are many unique features in this home including a bespoke sliding roof window on the top floor and elegant glass framed staircase. This project comprises the top two floors of an imposing redbrick Victorian house with three floors and apartments below.
